Continues exactly as it does today. It does not pause, wait on, or depend on the work in Track B, and nothing below changes how a rolling application is received or decided.

Track B — This roadmap

Proof of concept build

A time-boxed effort to test whether a shared intelligence platform can sharpen proactive, pillar-aligned grantmaking. Six components, one scale decision at the end.

After Week 9: the demo produces a scale decision — whether to extend the platform to the remaining pillars, what it would take to maintain it, and which data gaps must be closed first. Track A continues regardless of what is decided.
